Most Bay
WINNER BI-WEEKLY HAIKU CONTEST 2

Call me Most.

Aspiring writer and poet. Discovered the love of words in 2014.

Started publishing my works on Wattpad in 2016 and gradually learned to never stop writing.

I believe perfection is a myth, but one should do one's best to improve the quality of what they love.

Poetry is my personal release when all else fails.

Mostly Optimistic. Introverted feeler. Solitude appreciater. Coffee lover. Movie watcher. Junk food eater. Music listener.

My core message is to spread love and hope through my work as much as I'm capable of.

Sonakshi
WINNER BI-WEEKLY HAIKU CONTEST 2, 3 & 4

This is Sonakshi. An almost 22 yr. old student, planning on pursuing masters in Media. I'm currently based in Mumbai, India. Born in a city known for its culture and heritage, I have a deep love for music, art and history. I'm also an avid reader. Mystery-thrillers, philosophical, and general fiction are my kinda genres.

Agatha Christie and Paulo Coelho are my favourite authors. I'm also a big fan of Robert Frost and Sylvia Plath. A typical movie buff, I love watching films of different kinds of world cinema and eras.

I identify myself as an ambivert and prefer to spend quality time with close friends and family. Music is my lifeline, and you'll never find me without my headphones. I prefer mountains over beaches.

I've been writing since school days. Earlier, I was more into prose writing. My first attempt at writing a novel was when I was fifteen. Since then, I haven't looked back. I began writing poetry around six years ago. More of a poetess now, than a writer. I've had a short story published in an anthology as part of winning a writing contest.

I've also won a poetry competition back in college as part of its annual fest. These are my few real-life accomplishments. Other than that, it's always been Wattpad. It'll always remain special to me.

About Me: I love books. When I was small, my brothers read for leisure and this influenced me. The first book I ever read from cover to cover was The Holy Bible. It still influences how I talk and write to this day. When I started school, I read my schoolbooks for leisure, and when I finish them, I read my brothers'. This was because we were poor and had nothing to eat. We often attended school on an empty stomach. Reading books made me forget my hunger. I read all sorts of books - romance, religious, philosophical, poetry, erotic, historical, encyclopedias, Japanese manga, Korean manhwa and more.

When I was 9, I wrote my first poem entitled, "Ang Pagbabasa at Ako" or "Reading and Me". It got published in the school paper. At age 10, my training for writing started. I wrote for the school paper as well as joined inter-school events and competitions in fields of - feature writing, news writing, editorial writing, editorial cartooning, literary writing, and sports writing. But when I got to high school and college, I stopped writing, except for a few poems. I resumed this craft only just recently and have never been happier.

Hobbies and interests include reading, writing, drawing, strategy games, Scrabble, knitting, crochet, dressmaking, fashion design, languages, philosophy, theology. I am also a workaholic and shopaholic.

Writing influences: The Holy Bible, Jose Rizal's Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo, William Shakespeare, Charles Dickens, John Grisham, Pablo Neruda, Louisa May Alcott, and Taylor Swift to some extent

Likes and dislikes: I love anything authentic and purposeful. I love anything that gives a sense of fulfilment. I also love travelling and food trips.
I hate frauds and dishonesty. I detest mediocrity. I cannot tolerate liars and judgmental people.

Now, these two are my escapes.

I love food, animation movies, kid illustration, kid stories.
The sad extrovert in me is still struggling for identity because more often people think that I'm an introvert. But I'm not. Believe me.
